🐾Pets on Shirts

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Pets on Shirts.

How does it work?+

Upload a clear photo of your pet, choose an art style, and our AI generates a custom illustration. You can add your pet's name, then choose your product — t-shirt, hoodie, or tea towel. We print it in-house and ship it to you.

What photo works best?+

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and body are fully visible. Front-facing photos work great. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped photos — the better the photo, the better the result.

How long does shipping take?+

We print in-house and ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping is free on every order.

What products do you offer?+

We currently offer tea towels ($22), t-shirts ($30), and hoodies ($55). All include free shipping.

What sizes are available?+

T-shirts and hoodies come in XS–3XL. Tea towels are one standard size.

Can I see the design before I pay?+

Yes! You get 3 free AI generations before purchasing. You only pay when you're happy with the design.

Can I regenerate if I don't like the result?+

Yes — you get 3 free regenerations per session. After purchasing, you unlock unlimited regenerations for your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a printing error?+

We'll reprint and reship at no cost. Just email us at americantowelco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Do you accept returns?+

Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing defect. See our full refund policy for details.

What printing method do you use?+

T-shirts and hoodies are printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film). Tea towels are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) on our in-house Aeeon printer.

Is my payment secure?+

Yes. Checkout is powered by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Can I put any animal on a shirt?+

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses — if it's a pet, we can print it. The AI works best with clear photos of the animal.
