Custom Products
Every item we produce is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders where the item was printed correctly and as designed.
Please review your design carefully before placing your order. The preview you see before checkout is exactly what we print.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or if we made an error, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge.
To request a reprint:
- Email us at americantowelco@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We'll respond within 1–2 business days and make it right.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reprint and reship at no charge.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we'll reship — but the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
